On April 26, 2026, the ceremony marking the Transfer of Authority between Minister Jean‑Claude Gakosso and Minister Constant Serge Bounda, current Minister of Foreign Affairs, Francophonie, and Congolese Abroad, took place in an atmosphere of dignity, continuity, and respect for institutional tradition.
